~ of the passing time and the changes that come with it... ~

..i had just finished reading jiro's blog entry a while ago..(good one jirz..inspiring, ahaha :p)

coincidentally, i've also written a blog entry (in my gotcughtup.blogspot) last night which somehow has the same idea with jiro's (the diary sort of stuff, although there are noticeable differences :p)..i didn't copy ah! nagkataon lang yun, hehe (defensive! ;p) anyway, jiro's blog somehow had this flashback stuff..going from now, back to the same day a year ago and then back to the present again (if you guys are curious, access jiro's link na lang on my links so you can see for yourself :p)

..events from one year ago..that thought was what really struck me.. why? well, when i try to look back at things now, i really cannot believe that they all happened one year ago already..i mean, does time really fly by THAT fast?? i guess the answer, sabi nga sa tagalog, "parang kahapon lang.." and that is exactly how i feel..especially because the most recurring topic for the week is usually related to last year's events..

2nd term of frosh year..that was indeed the highlight of "one year ago" ..

..that was the time when changes started to happen..with emphasis on CHANGES..when i try and think of these so-called events, wahhh! mixed emotions just come pouring back..

..a close call with death
..drastic cost cuts
..unexplained disappearing acts

..confessions
..severed friendships
..loosened bonds
..missed chances
..lies
..secrets and more secrets
..regrets (?)

*sigh* well, these things are not noted in vain..it's just really weird that one year ago na lahat ng yun..now, things have REALLY changed..from a dorm to a home..from late night adventures to at home stories and issues..and many, many more..

of course, there are things that remain constant even in the face of change..family, friends and God :)

if asked to express how i feel in one word..WOW! :)

i really don't know how to end this one..i mean, i have so many, many thoughts going on inside my head..siguro, ang masasabi ko na lang, BUHAY ito..LIFE..changes are normal..may maganda, may hindi..may malungkot at masaya..so siguro, ang pinakamagandang paraan na lang to handle stuff is treasure moments you have with people you love..and tell yourself that everything happens for a reason..that reason may be unclear or unfair for you now, but one day, you'll find out why things did happen :) you'll end up nodding your head and saying, "oo nga, kaya nga siguro nagkaganun.."

..better days! :p
