-- at about 3:30am this morning, jon and i were able to finish our first batch of work load! reader, if you could only see the big pile of survey sheets that we've gone through, you'll be so proud of us, considering the fact that we finished them within 2 days! woohoo! :p although i haven't had a decent night's sleep for quite a while now (well, starting the week before finals..) it's all good..we both ended up with a sigh of relief.. :p (hopefully, the rewards will be great! wehehe..)

(recharging for the next batch :p)

-- since we finished at 3:30 already, i decided to attend misa de gallo..the decision was influenced by people who we're online with me this morning..(who were apparently waiting for the mass as well) :D hahaha :p i wonder if the wish thing would really work...hmmm..well, sad to say, i'm not qualified for that anymore..hehehe..i'd still attend the remaining days though.. :)

i went alone by the way..loser? hahaha..nah..my cousins here at home are not catholic and my sister was still walking around dreamland..so i had no choice but to go alone..it was quite calming actually..looove walking before dawn..the chilly breeze was welcoming.. :)

it was a nice celebration..although there were a lot of people (and that's not unusual of course) it was all good..i had fun observing people especially this couple who was in front of me..(sooo mushy and they were both wearing pink, haha :p) a presentation that was done before the gospel reading wasn't bad either..guess who was one of the actors?? ta-da.. a market1 classmate..haha :o we got to talk for a while after the mass..hehe..

i went home afterwards..the sky was already light blue when i reached home :) i picked up the newspaper went upstairs, texted a few people then went straight to bed..zzzzz :)

-- i woke up at about 11am, i think..chi and tessa were in the room telling me that there was a surprise..tessa told me that there would be a party..(i already knew that! :p) but then i found out the real surprise! i couldn't believe it! juno is here! waaaaah! all those "serious" telephone discussions regarding the matter of him not wanting to go here were all staged...even jon was caught off guard when he opened the gate..mwahahaha :D sooo happy..went downstairs and gave him (juno) a hug..hehe..mika was here too! yey! :) had some funny moments with my cousins and mika while preparing for lunch.. :)

-- had a wonderful lunch (for all the december birthday celebrants) with the carino clan (tita malen's side of the family)..it was sooo fun..haven't seen these people since forever and here we all were.. :D everyone was all grown up and happy to see each other..dati, kami kami yung mga little kids na magugulo and maiingay..but now, there was a new batch of kids running around in circles in the house..wow..*nostalgic moment* i missed "the old days" even more as i watched the kids have fun..hahaha..

of course there was sooo much food..tsk tsk tsk.. :p we even blew a cake again! haha..what else? hmm..pictures of course! and the game where we played with match sticks (apparently, the big kids were allowed to play with fire, mwehehehe :p) bits and pieces of stories from the grown-ups every now and then..hayyy..(i think it's been about 10 years already.. :p)

-- i got a text from a long lost friend during lunch :) sooo happy to hear from that person again :) a lot of my friends (elementary and high school) have been making contact again recently and i'm really happy about that :) hehehe

-- after lunch, we (jon, tep, juno, mika, tessa, me and chi) decided to jog/play soccer at the UP-D oval..well, we didn't exactly jog..we just hung-out..saw the really really cute dogs there..kicked some balls (soccer balls :p ) and took a few pics..we had a nice time :) went home at about 6pm..

-- i received a phone call from a friend after dinner..awww..really miss that person (even if that person did forget to greet me last week :p hehe..) i was kinda caught off guard though so we ran out of things to say..hehehe..but i was really glad about that phone call :)

now, the day's almost over but i'm glad that i still have this smile on my face...
